the lego tires i bought from this dump truck . the awsome thing is, for $20 you get enough tires to setup 3 overlands

i took the h1 out again today after putting on teh wheels from my offroad land cruiser project

i had some fun on a small on a small but challenging dirt/rock hill

i stopped inbetween battery changes to take some pics this time. i also put some oil shocks on this time and it handles very well

El hummer con las ruedas de lego queda muchisimo mejor que de serie, pero el Monster de Josechu es la caña

arch2b, which rims did you use? Are they ofsetted or did you put some washers to offset them? Any rubbing problem?

i used 4 of the rear wide au supra wheels which do not cause any rubbing except a littel on the main gear side but it's not enough to impeed wheel movement. overall the lego wheels and wide wheels work great on the h1. i think it's the only body that they fit without any modifications.

if you use offset wide wheels, it will push the tires out more and will likely get caught on a fender when turning under compression

I have RCM's Super U's but they rub against the idler gear cap if used with non-offseted rims... have your tried the Super U's with this body? BTW, the H1 is a medium or long chassis body?
